On August 17 and 18, 2019, hosted by Beijing Sports Culture Co., Ltd. and Nanyuan Community of Nanbaixiang Street Office, Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, and fully supported by the National Dart Association, the 2009 Elite Tour of Dart Club (Wenzhou Station) was officially launched in the conference hall of the 5th floor of Wenzhou Peace International Hospital.

The national dart race sub-station was settled in Wenzhou. Guest leaders from various units gathered in Wenzhou Peace International Hospital to help the development of national fitness.
This competition aims at fair competition, happy competition and promoting the development of darts. China's top professional darts and foreign masters of darts joined in the same time, closing the distance between domestic and foreign friendship.
